Accessibility Statement
Eir Services Group, LLC d/b/a Timber Health
Effective Date: July 23, 2026 | Last Updated: July 23, 2026 | Version 1.0
1. Our Commitment
- Timber Health is committed to making its website, applications, and services accessible to and usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Eir Services Group, LLC d/b/a Timber Health ("Timber Health," "we," "us," or "our") applies this commitment across https://timberhealth.co and the account, intake, and support experiences that link to it (the "Services"), and we treat accessibility as a continuing obligation rather than a one-time project.
2. The Standard We Target
- We design, build, and test the Services to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by most digital-accessibility regulators and is our benchmark for new features and for remediation of existing ones.
3. Measures We Take
-
Accessibility measures integrated into how we build and operate the Services
include:
- semantic page structure, labeled forms, and descriptive link text so screen readers can present content meaningfully;
- full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and a logical focus order across pages and interactive flows, including the intake questionnaire and checkout;
- color-contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA, and interfaces that do not rely on color alone to convey information;
- text alternatives for meaningful images, and captions for video content we publish;
- support for text resizing and page zoom without loss of content or functionality;
- accessibility review as part of design and release processes, periodic audits with automated and manual testing (including assistive-technology testing), and remediation of identified issues on a prioritized schedule.
4. Compatibility
- The Services are designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen-magnification tools, and speech-recognition software. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your browser and assistive technology.
5. Third-Party Tools and Known Limitations
- Some portions of the Services rely on third-party technology — for example, payment, identity-verification, and video-visit tools. We select vendors with accessibility in mind and work with them to address issues, but we cannot fully control third-party interfaces. If you encounter difficulty with any part of the Services, including a third-party step, contact us using the channel below and we will help you complete the task another way.
6. Requesting an Accommodation or Alternate Format
-
If you need an accommodation, need assistance completing any step of the
Services (including intake, checkout, or scheduling), or would like any of
our documents or policies in an alternate format, contact us:

7. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Services. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us the page or feature involved and the assistive technology you were using, and we will work to fix it. Feedback is reviewed by the team responsible for the affected surface and tracked through resolution. This statement is reviewed and updated as the Services and applicable standards evolve.
