Elevate your TRT Care

Three testosterone programs plus enclomiphene, an oral alternative to testosterone therapy. Clinician-directed care, health coaching in every program, and no membership fee.

Every testosterone prescription — your first and every renewal — follows a live video visit with an independent licensed clinician. The visit is a clinical evaluation, not a formality.

A prescription requires an evaluation by an independent licensed clinician and is issued only if the clinician determines treatment is appropriate for you. No prescription is guaranteed — every prescribing decision belongs to the clinician alone. If no prescription is issued, you automatically receive a full refund.

  • Clinician-reviewed
  • Independent licensed clinicians

This medication is compounded for you individually by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy, based on a valid prescription — and only when your clinician determines a compounded preparation is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review or verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed, and they are not the same as any FDA-approved product. Your pharmacist includes usage, storage, and beyond-use-date information with your prescription — read it and ask questions.

What is Testosterone Replacement Therapy?

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is prescription treatment for men whose blood tests confirm clinically low testosterone (hypogonadism) and who have related symptoms. An independent licensed clinician confirms the diagnosis with laboratory testing, decides whether treatment is appropriate for you, and monitors your levels and symptoms with follow-up labs. TRT is not prescribed for men with normal testosterone levels, and it is not prescribed for athletic performance, body composition, or anti-aging.

A clinical team behind every decision

Every Timber Health program follows the same model: all-in pricing, ongoing oversight from your clinical team, and a personalized plan that adjusts based on your labs and results.

  1. Tell us your goals

Answer a short questionnaire about your symptoms, health history, and goals. You'll see each program's full price before you commit.

  2. A licensed clinician evaluates you

An independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network reviews your intake and labs and meets you in a live video visit, required for your first testosterone prescription and every renewal. The clinician alone decides whether a prescription is appropriate — treatment is not guaranteed.

  3. Medication ships discreetly

If prescribed, your medication is dispensed and shipped in discreet packaging by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy.

  4. Care continues after the prescription

Monitoring, prescription adjustments, check-ins, and health coaching in every treatment program. This is ongoing clinical care, not a one-time prescription.

No prescription is guaranteed — every prescribing decision belongs to the clinician alone. If no prescription is issued, you automatically receive a full refund.

Testosterone questions, answered

Comprehensive includes your quarterly lab panels and one health coaching session per month. Injectable includes one health coaching session per quarter, with lab panels billed separately ($49 initial, then $149 per quarterly panel). Both are clinician-directed testosterone therapy with a live video visit for your first prescription and every renewal. In New York and New Jersey, BioReference Laboratories bills you directly for every lab panel at its price and Timber Health charges a $99 lab service fee per lab order in place of the panel price (included in the TRT Comprehensive Program price).

Testosterone programs bill quarterly with a three-month minimum term — the billed amount is shown on every plan card and again before you pay and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your online account. Lab panels are billed separately. Timber Health does not offer prepaid semi-annual or annual terms.

Enclomiphene — which is not testosterone — is the fertility-preserving alternative, chosen for clinical fit rather than price. An independent licensed clinician recommends a path after your evaluation.

Testosterone injections are one form of prescription testosterone therapy. If an independent licensed clinician determines that injectable testosterone is appropriate for you, the medication is compounded for you individually by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy, and your clinician sets and adjusts your prescription based on your labs and symptoms. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

It starts with bloodwork. An independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network reviews your questionnaire and orders laboratory testing where indicated — including total and free testosterone — then reviews your labs, symptoms, and history to decide whether testosterone therapy is medically appropriate for you. No prescription is guaranteed.

Every testosterone program includes your clinical evaluation by an independent licensed clinician (a live video visit for your first prescription and every renewal), medication if prescribed, ongoing monitoring and prescription adjustments by your clinician, and health coaching. Quarterly lab panels are included with TRT Comprehensive Program and available as an add-on with the other programs. If prescribed, your medication is dispensed and shipped in discreet packaging by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy.

Yes. All controlled-substance care, including testosterone replacement therapy, requires a live audio-video visit for your first visit and for every renewal — in every state where it is offered.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Medical records are maintained by the independent clinicians, pharmacy, and laboratories that provide your care; where Timber Health handles health information on their behalf, it does so under written business associate agreements. All testosterone programs renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your online account no phone call required and cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles.
