Timber Health creates, receives, stores, and transmits health information electronically in the course of coordinating your care. Your health information may be disclosed electronically to the persons involved in providing your care and the services you request — for example, the independent licensed clinicians of the Arora Health network, your selected pharmacy, laboratories, and the contracted service providers that operate the platform — for treatment, payment, health care operations, and other purposes permitted by law. Except as permitted by law, Timber Health will not disclose your health information electronically to any other person without your authorization.
