Each is prescribed by an independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network only after an evaluation and only if the clinician determines it is appropriate for you; your clinician sets your prescription, and the pharmacy's instructions ship with it. Neither product is FDA-approved, and Timber Health makes no claim about what either will do for you.
This medication is compounded for you individually by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy, based on a valid prescription — and only when your clinician determines a compounded preparation is appropriate for you. Each program includes one onboarding coaching session with a credentialed health coach; additional coaching sessions can be purchased. Lab panels are not included — if your clinician orders laboratory testing, it is itemized separately and shown before you pay, and it is refunded if your specimen is never drawn.
Both programs bill quarterly with a three-month minimum term. One charge covers your program and, if prescribed, a three-month supply of medication, which ships at the same time. The quarterly price is shown on each plan before you check out. There is no membership fee; the program renews each quarter until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in your online account.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Medical records are maintained by the independent clinicians, pharmacy, and laboratories that provide your care; where Timber Health handles health information on their behalf, it does so under written business associate agreements. We do not place health information in URLs or advertising pixels, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential tracking.
NAD+ Therapy and Peptide Therapy renew every three months until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your online account — no phone call required — and cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles. Because renewal orders enter processing three business days before your renewal date, a cancellation inside that window applies to the following cycle. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All medical care — including every evaluation, diagnosis, treatment decision, and prescribing decision — is provided by independent licensed clinicians in the Arora Health network. Prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy, or by a pharmacy you choose.
