  2. A licensed clinician reviews

    An independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network reviews your intake. Depending on your state and treatment, a live video visit may be required; testosterone care always includes a live video visit. The clinician alone decides whether a prescription is appropriate — treatment is not guaranteed.

  3. Medication ships discreetly

    If prescribed, your medication is dispensed and shipped in discreet packaging by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy.

  4. Care continues after the prescription

    Monitoring, prescription adjustments, check-ins, and health coaching in every treatment program. This is ongoing clinical care, not a one-time prescription.

Your $139 program fee is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime in your online account. Medication is charged separately at the program maximum, $582.88, when you check out, and the difference against the prescription your clinician actually writes is refunded automatically. You always retain the right to have your prescription filled at a pharmacy of your choice.

Timber Health programs are available in forty-nine states and the District of Columbia; services are not available in Mississippi. Availability is based on the state where you are physically located at the time of your visit and is confirmed during intake. See our State Availability Statement.

An independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network reviews your intake and, where indicated, your labs before any prescription is written. Treatment is not guaranteed — the clinician decides what is appropriate for you, not a form. If no prescription is issued, you automatically receive a full refund.

Your Weight Management program renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your online account — no phone call required — and cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles. Because renewal orders enter processing three business days before your renewal date, a cancellation inside that window applies to the following cycle. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Medical records are maintained by the independent clinicians, pharmacy, and laboratories that provide your care; where Timber Health handles health information on their behalf, it does so under written business associate agreements. We do not place health information in URLs or advertising pixels, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential tracking.

Timber Health coordinates your care and operations. All medical care — including every evaluation, diagnosis, treatment decision, and prescribing decision — is provided by independent licensed clinicians in the Arora Health network. Prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy, or by a pharmacy you choose. Timber Health is not a medical practice or a pharmacy: it does not practice medicine, make clinical decisions, or dispense medication.

Timber Health services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
