What Timber Health offers

Three prescription options for erectile dysfunction, each prescribed by an independent licensed clinician only if it is appropriate for you after an online evaluation: generic tadalafil taken daily; generic tadalafil taken as needed; and the Quad Rx tablet, a compounded orally disintegrating tablet containing sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141 (bremelanotide), and L-citrulline, prepared for you individually by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy. Tadalafil is an FDA-approved medication; the compounded tablet is not FDA-approved. Your clinician decides which option, if any, is appropriate for you.

A licensed clinician reviews every order after a brief online evaluation.

This medication is compounded for you individually by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy, based on a valid prescription — and only when your clinician determines a compounded preparation is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not review or verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed, and they are not the same as any FDA-approved product. Your pharmacist includes usage, storage, and beyond-use-date information with your prescription — read it and ask questions.

Drug Safety Information

Please read the safety information for any medication you are considering. Your clinician reviews your health history before prescribing, and the full labeling is linked for each product.

Important safety information. Do not use this medication if you take nitrates (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) — the combination can cause a sudden, serious drop in blood pressure — or a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat. Talk with your clinician about your heart health: sexual activity puts extra demand on the heart, and this medication may not be safe if you have certain cardiovascular conditions. Alcohol and alpha-blocker medications can add to blood-pressure-lowering effects. Get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than four hours (priapism — it can cause permanent damage), sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, or sudden decrease or loss of hearing. Common side effects may include headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion, back or muscle pain, and dizziness. This medication does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Read the information provided with your prescription and ask your clinician or pharmacist any questions.

A clinical team behind every decision

Every Timber Health program follows the same model: all-in pricing, ongoing oversight from your clinical team, and a personalized plan that adjusts based on your labs and results.

  1. Tell us your goals

Answer a short questionnaire about your goals and health history. You'll see each program's full price before you commit.

  2. A licensed clinician reviews

An independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network reviews your intake. Depending on your state and treatment, a live video visit may be required; testosterone care always includes a live video visit. The clinician alone decides whether a prescription is appropriate — treatment is not guaranteed.

  3. Medication ships discreetly

If prescribed, your medication is dispensed and shipped in discreet packaging by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy.

  4. Care continues after the prescription

Monitoring, prescription adjustments, check-ins, and health coaching in every treatment program. This is ongoing clinical care, not a one-time prescription.

A prescription requires an evaluation by an independent licensed clinician and is issued only if the clinician determines treatment is appropriate for you. No prescription is guaranteed — every prescribing decision belongs to the clinician alone. If no prescription is issued, you automatically receive a full refund.

Sexual Health questions, answered

Timber Health offers three prescription options for erectile dysfunction: generic tadalafil taken daily; generic tadalafil taken as needed; and the Quad Rx tablet, a compounded orally disintegrating tablet containing sildenafil, tadalafil, PT-141 (bremelanotide), and L-citrulline, prepared for you individually by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy. An independent licensed clinician decides which option, if any, is appropriate for you after your online evaluation. Every option is billed quarterly with the full price shown before you commit, ships discreetly once a quarter, and carries no membership fee. Tadalafil is FDA-approved; the compounded tablet is not.

Your evaluation happens online: you complete a short, private questionnaire and an independent licensed clinician reviews it; depending on your state and treatment, a live video visit may be required. If prescribed, your medication is shipped in discreet packaging by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

All Sexual Health options are billed once a quarter. One charge covers three months of medication, and your full supply ships at the same time. The quarterly price and the number of doses are shown on each plan before you check out. There's no membership fee, and the plan renews each quarter until you cancel, per the terms of service.

An independent licensed clinician in the Arora Health network reviews your intake before any prescription is written. Treatment is not guaranteed — the clinician decides what is appropriate for you, not a form. If no prescription is issued, you automatically receive a full refund.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Medical records are maintained by the independent clinicians, pharmacy, and laboratories that provide your care; where Timber Health handles health information on their behalf, it does so under written business associate agreements. We do not place health information in URLs or advertising pixels, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential tracking.

Sexual Health programs renew every three months until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your online account — no phone call required — and cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles. Because renewal orders enter processing three business days before your renewal date, a cancellation inside that window applies to the following cycle. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
