Three lab panels — Warm-Up, Set Point, and Peak — each ordered by a licensed physician only if appropriate for you, and purchased once; nothing renews. Lab Testing is not a diagnosis service and does not replace care from your own clinicians.

Lab panels are ordered by a licensed clinician if appropriate. Not a diagnosis service. Refunded if never drawn.

  • Independent licensed clinicians

What it is and who it's for

Each panel is ordered by a physician licensed in your state from the physician group engaged by Junction, our laboratory-services platform, in the physician's own judgment, after reviewing your request and intake. Your blood is drawn at a participating independent licensed laboratory's patient service center; there are no at-home kits. Results post to your account with reference ranges, and the ordering physician reviews critical and abnormal values and follows up with you where needed.

Lab Testing is an access and value service, not a diagnosis service. It does not replace care from your own clinicians — share your results with them for any care decision.

Available in the United States where Timber Health operates; service availability and treatment options may vary by state and are determined by clinical and regulatory requirements. Lab Testing is not offered in Hawaii, North Dakota, or Rhode Island. In New York and New Jersey, BioReference Laboratories bills you directly for every lab panel at its price, and Timber Health charges a flat $99 lab service fee per lab order in place of the panel price; package and introductory pricing do not apply. 4 simple steps

  1. Choose a panel

Each panel's price, what it includes, and the refund rule are shown before you pay. A panel is a one-time purchase; nothing renews.

  2. A licensed physician reviews your request

A physician licensed in your state from the physician group engaged by Junction, our laboratory-services platform, reviews your intake and decides whether to order the panel; depending on your state, a visit may be required. Purchasing a panel does not guarantee that a test will be ordered — if no order is issued, you automatically receive a full refund.

  3. Get your blood drawn

Visit a participating independent licensed laboratory's patient service center and bring a photo ID. If your specimen is never drawn, you automatically receive a full refund.

  4. Your results post to your account

Results appear in your account with reference ranges. The ordering physician reviews critical and abnormal values and follows up with you where needed. Lab Testing is not a diagnosis service and does not replace care from your own clinicians.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Laboratory records are maintained by the independent physicians and laboratories that order and perform your testing; where Timber Health handles health information on their behalf, it does so under written business associate agreements. Timber Health coordinates your lab testing and operations. Every standalone lab panel is ordered by an independent licensed physician of the physician group engaged by Junction, our laboratory-services platform, in the physician's own judgment; laboratory testing that your treatment program requires is ordered by your treating clinician in the Arora Health network (in Hawaii, North Dakota, and Rhode Island, by your own outside clinician). Testing is performed by an independent licensed laboratory — in New York and New Jersey, BioReference Laboratories, which bills you directly for every lab panel — and the ordering clinician reviews critical and abnormal results. Timber Health is not a medical practice or a laboratory: it does not order tests, perform testing, or interpret results.

Timber Health services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Messages sent through the platform may not be reviewed immediately — never use messaging for an emergency.

Timber Health services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and located in the United States.
