Your program price covers your clinical evaluation, program services, and — if your clinician prescribes treatment — your medication. Lab panels are itemized separately. Weight Management works differently: your $139 program fee is billed monthly, and your medication is charged separately at the program maximum, with the difference refunded automatically once your prescription is written. There is no separate enrollment, evaluation, or membership fee. The billed amount, billing cadence, and renewal terms are shown before you pay.

Weight Management programs bill monthly. Every other treatment program bills quarterly with a three-month minimum term; the quarterly charge is the billed amount and is shown before you pay. Programs renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in your online account. Standalone lab panels are one-time purchases — nothing renews.

Timber Health programs are available in forty-nine states and the District of Columbia; services are not available in Mississippi. Testosterone therapy is not offered in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Louisiana, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or South Carolina, and standalone Lab Testing is not offered in Hawaii, North Dakota, or Rhode Island. Plans are cash-pay with transparent pricing. No insurance is required.

A licensed clinician reviews your intake and, where indicated, your labs before any prescription is written. Treatment isn't guaranteed, the provider decides what's appropriate for you, not a form.

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Medical records are maintained by the independent clinicians, pharmacy, and laboratories that provide your care; where Timber Health handles health information on their behalf, it does so under written business associate agreements. We do not place health information in URLs or advertising pixels, and we ask for your consent before any non-essential tracking.

Plans may be recurring, you can cancel anytime under the Terms of Service. Billing cadence is disclosed on every plan before you buy.
